At Stylo Collection, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window with easy and clear steps.


 Return & Exchange Eligibility – 7 Days

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and has tags and packaging intact

  • You submit your request within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase and photos (especially if the item is damaged or incorrect)

To initiate a request, please message us on . Include:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief reason for the return or exchange

  • Clear photos of the item (and damage, if any)


🔄 Return Shipping – Who Pays?

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
    We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning or exchanging due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, changed mind):
    You will cover the return shipping.


📦 Return Instructions

Once your return is approved:

Please include a paper inside the parcel with the following information:

  • Your Name

  • Your Payment Method (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Raast / Bank)

  • Your Account Number or IBAN

  • Your Account Title



🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Accessories (e.g., scarves, dupattas, stoles)

  • Customized or stitched items

 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
